Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to TIM PARIS, accessible from https://timparis.in
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 5 days without giving any reason for doing so.

  • For payment refund, If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy Return & Exchange Policy. 

  • We gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Timparis.in for any reason within the specified return/exchange period of 7 days from date of delivery.
  • If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met : Product should be unused, It should be unwashed and preserve its original condition, tags, price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present .
  • There are two below ways to return the product to us:

Self-Ship: If pick up service not available at your location. You can self-ship product at our return address.

  • All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse.  If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. 
  • Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Refund for eligible Cash on Delivery order will be done through online transfer in the bank account as per details submitted by you at the time of initiating Return. We request you to take utmost care while submitting the bank details. You shall receive credit into your account within 4-5 working days from the day of refund processed.
  • For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the day of refund processed.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping – Delivery in 5-7 days from the order received.
  • Shipping FREE above any order Rs. 500/-

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
